TERMS & CONDITIONS – VIBE LOUNGE

Welcome to Vibe Lounge. By making a booking, payment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Vibe Lounge is located at 7927 Page Ave (Hanley) and provides a premium lounge experience for private bookings, celebrations, and social events.

​

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 35 years of age and agree to comply with all venue rules and policies.

​

2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made through our official booking form or approved channels.

  • Submitting a booking request does not guarantee reservation until confirmed by Vibe Lounge.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and verified.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking.

 

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Deposit amounts vary depending on the selected package.

  • The remaining balance must be paid as instructed prior to or upon arrival at the venue.

  • When making payment, customers must include their full name and event date for proper confirmation.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash App

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

Failure to complete payment as required may result in cancellation of the booking.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of Vibe Lounge if requested within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

 

5. Age Requirement & Entry Policy

  • Vibe Lounge operates a strict 35+ policy.

  • Valid identification may be required upon entry.

  • Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirement or fails to comply with venue standards.

6. Guest Responsibility

  • The individual making the booking is responsible for all guests within their reservation.

  • Guests must conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

  • Any damage to property caused by the customer or their guests may result in additional charges.

7. Decoration & Setup Policy

  • Only approved decorations are allowed (e.g., table balloon bouquets, small table items).

  • Decorations must remain within the reserved section.

  • All items must be removed at the end of the event.

Strictly Not Allowed:

  • Confetti

  • Wall damage or adhesives

  • Large backdrops

  • Open flames

Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

8. Food & Add-Ons

  • Food options and add-ons must be selected during booking or agreed in advance.

  • Special requests should be clearly stated in the booking form.

  • Outside items may be subject to approval.

 

9. Event Timing & Conduct

  • Customers must adhere to their scheduled booking time.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced booking time without compensation.

  • Guests must follow all instructions from staff and management.

Vibe Lounge reserves the right to remove any individual who:

  • Displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Violates venue policies

  • Poses a risk to others or the environment

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Vibe Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • Customers and guests enter and use the venue at their own risk.

  • Vibe Lounge shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents occurring during the event, except where required by law.

 

11. Media & Promotion

  • Vibe Lounge may capture photos or videos within the venue for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, guests consent to being included in such media unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

12. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered fully confirmed only when:

    1. The booking form has been submitted

    2. The deposit has been received

    3. Confirmation has been issued by Vibe Lounge

Customers are advised to retain proof of payment and confirmation details.

13. Amendments

Vibe Lounge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
