DECORATION POLICY – VIBE LOUNGE

At Vibe Lounge, we welcome you to personalize your celebration while maintaining the quality, safety, and atmosphere of our venue. This Decoration Policy outlines what is permitted and what is not, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
1. General Guidelines

Decorations are allowed only within your reserved section (VIP Section or Birthday Booth).

All décor must be safe, minimal, and easy to remove.

Customers are responsible for the setup and removal of all decorations.

All items must be removed immediately after your event ends.
Vibe Lounge reserves the right to restrict or remove any decoration that does not comply with this policy.
2. Allowed Decorations
The following items are permitted:

🎈 Table balloon bouquets (must be secured with weights or anchors)

🎂 Birthday cakes
-
🎉 Small table decorations (e.g., centerpieces, themed items)

🎁 Gift items placed on tables
All items must:

Fit within your table/booth area
-
Not obstruct walkways or other guests
-
Not damage furniture or surfaces
3. Restricted & Prohibited Items
To protect the venue and maintain our premium environment, the following are strictly not allowed:

❌ Confetti, glitter, or loose decorative materials

❌ Wall decorations, nails, tape, hooks, or adhesives
-
❌ Large backdrops or standing structures
-
❌ Open flames (candles, sparklers, etc.)
-
❌ Smoke machines or fire-based effects
-
❌ Any item that may damage furniture, flooring, or walls
Any prohibited items brought into the venue may be removed by management.
4. Setup & Timing

Decorations should be brought in at your scheduled booking time unless otherwise agreed.

Early setup is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

Setup must be completed efficiently to avoid delays or disruption.
5. Cleanup Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for removing all decorations at the end of their event.

All items must be cleared from the table/booth area before leaving.

Failure to clean up may result in additional cleaning charges.
6. Damage & Liability

Any damage caused to the venue, furniture, or equipment as a result of decorations will be charged to the customer.

The individual who made the booking will be held responsible for any damages caused by their guests or vendors.
7. Additional Venue Policies & Disclaimer

All deposits are non-refundable after booking.
-
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the start.

Vibe Lounge operates a strict 35+ age policy.
-
Packages exclude Reposado.
-
Confetti is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
8. Approval of Special Requests

If you wish to bring unique or additional decorations not listed above, you must request approval in advance.

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Vibe Lounge management.
9. Compliance
Failure to comply with this Decoration Policy may result in:

Immediate removal of non-compliant items
-
Additional charges
-
Restrictions on your event setup
In severe cases, management reserves the right to take further action to protect the venue.
